I came up with the idea of developing fitness products that are fun, portable, and effective one day while working out at my local fitness center. I was looking for a change in my career and realized that one of my passions is fitness. Some friends and I were talking about using the Hula Hoop® and Skip It® toys as children without realizing the great health benefits from them at that time. And so my concept of FIT and FUN, LLC began.

Through the help and advice of many of my friends and family, FIT and FUN, LLC came together. It is amazing what can happen when you allow others to help.

FIT and FUN, LLC is a socially-conscious company that uses a portion of the profits to go to charities that help our communities be a better place to live. For example, part of the monies will be used to help teenage and young adult parents finish their high school and/or college education. Your purchases will make this possible.
